Salary- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet retention goals.
- Service customer accounts and monitor accuracy of changes made to billing.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Pay: $15.53 - $17.16 per hour
