Office Cleaner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. As an Office Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our office spaces. Your role is crucial in creating a clean and inviting environment for our employees and visitors.

Schedule: The hours would be Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:30pm with an hour unpaid lunch 1-2pm. The exam rooms are cleaned over the lunch hour when patient's are not scheduled and that is 11:30am-1pm. From 9:30am to 11:30am the back offices and hallways and bathrooms are cleaned. Lobby and exam room floors/hallways are mopped at the end of the day.

Duties:
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Ensure all surfaces are free from dust, dirt, and stains
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Follow established cleaning procedures to meet health and safety standards
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Skills:
- Previous experience in custodial, commercial or medical cleaning
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors
