Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any product or service-related issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in our database
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
- Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales targets, customer satisfaction ratings, and call handling metrics

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
