Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Customer Service experience, both inbound and outbound, highly preferred (insurance industry preferred)
Strong computer skills – proficient in navigating between the CRM and Outlook
Ability to multi-task
Positive team player
Reliable transportation
Good attendance required – ability to stick to an assigned schedule
Ability to remain calm and provide excellent Customer Service

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
