Job Description
This position includes Customer Service functions such as online live chat, answering emails and phone calls, and responding to customers on social media. As a remote worker, you will need to be independent and self-motivated, holding yourself accountable for tasks and ongoing responsibilities with little supervision.
Who You Are: The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, a quick learner, and have problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially written, as well as reliable high-speed internet and a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
We're in need of individuals who shine in customer phone interactions! Your role will frequently involve meaningful phone conversations, and on some days, you might find yourself working on the phone for the majority of your shift.
We are looking for someone proactive, trustworthy, empathetic, and patient, with the ability to handle difficult customer situations and turn a negative experience into a positive one. You should be skilled in communication and able to work well with the internal organization (team) and external customers.
