Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate handling of parts orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties to support our customers and maintain a smooth parts order process.

See the parts order process through from the initial order to customer receipt.

Maintain Customer Relationships:
Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively and in a timely manner.

Accuracy and File Maintenance:
Ensure the accuracy of all parts orders processed.
Maintain organized and up-to-date customer files.
Update customer information in accounting software.

Assist Accounting Department:
Support the accounting department by filing documents and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in Customer Service or related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
