Gigi’s Cupcakes seeks a friendly, outgoing, “can-do” attitude person to service our wonderful customers. Gigi’s sells a variety of fresh cupcakes, cakes, cookies and cheesecakes for all client types: including retail, weddings, caterings, parties, and more. We are looking for a career oriented person that has a desire for success, ability to problem solve, and perform consistently.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties and tasks may be assigned)

• Ensure guest satisfaction through adhering to Gigi’s Customer Service Standards
• Responsible for maintaining overall store cleanliness
• Must be on time for scheduled shift, dressed in proper uniform and ready to work prior to clocking in
• Assist with kitchen and prep work as needed

• Must be flexible with a “can do” attitude and have the ability to remain professional during all situations
• Must have the ability to retain and protect confidential material
• Must be willing to be crossed trained on all positions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
