Customer Sales & Service Representative (Css)

The Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSS Rep) will be responsible for growing the parts, service and rental sales volume and expand the customer base by executing business plans, including targeting prospects, as well as exceeding annual goals. Solidify the customer relationship through partnering with them on aftermarket related services - service agreements, fleet analysis and training. This opportunity represents Shoppa's Mid America and requires professionalism, great attitude, good communication skills and outstanding customer service.

Primary Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

1. Track and follow-up on service quotes both internally and externally
2. Generate service quote completion metrics
3. Promote follow-up with sales representatives
4. Track and record top account visitation notes
5. Track, review, and record “Prospect Accounts” monthly progress
6. Manage, track, and resolve customers disputes
7. Manage the Units in Operation program to determine service market share
8. Create weekly, monthly, and yearly visitation note reports and review account coverage
9. Manage and audit delivery checklists of new and used units
10. Liaison between sales team and department managers
11. Gather information for disputes and send to reps in the field
12. Point of contact for sales representatives in the field
13. Manage, update, and audit account status reports
14. Minimize and resolve “on hold” status of accounts
15. Track and submit sales team commissions
16. Any other duties assigned by company

Requirements (include, but not limited to):

• Bachelor's or Associates degree required
• 2-4 years experience in sales required; 5-8 years' experience in material handling industry preferred
• Ability to consider all aspects of selling including: vendor relationships, profit and loss concepts, and long & short-term goals of the company
• Great interpersonal skills and a team player mentality
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to meet deadlines and highly detail oriented
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint; MS Navision preferred
