Customer Representative

Please note we do not offer remote or hybrid roles at this time and are seeking individuals who are comfortable working face to face with customers and clients. This individual should have a passion for helping small businesses and comfortable working with a diverse set of the population. In addition a willingness to travel is a bonus!

Responsibilities:

• - Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner (face to face)
• - Meet face to face with business customers and conduct presentations on available products and services
• - Communicate effectively with business customers and clients
• - Utilize strong communication skills to actively listen, analyze customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions
• - Perform data entry accurately and efficiently to update customer information and process orders
• - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements:

• - Previous experience in a face to face customer related field is preferred
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• - Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think quickly on your feet
• - Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
• - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• - Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
