Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly desired
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work in different shifts as needed
