Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding billing questions, coverages, policy changes, and more.
- Handle new claims for our current customers and follow-up on existing claims to make sure customer reaches a fair and timely settlement.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Enjoy helping customers with protecting their financial future.
