Customer Relations Associate (Part-Time Student Position)

In partnership with Horry Georgetown Technical College and Coastal Carolina University, Student Career Connections gives students the opportunity to gain coporate business experience and grow with HTC. Students will make connections, learn about the telecommunications industry and gain an internship in their field of study. This program aims to connect students with career options after learning a foundation of knowledge through an ongoing part-time customer service position.

Inside our Contact Center, you can play a major role keeping members happy and connected to the products and services they need most. Help HTC maintain fulfilling relationships with members, and grow your career along the way.

By leading at the front line of our cooperative, you’ll offer customized solutions, identify sales opportunities, and provide service for our members. You’ll bring your strong skills in relationship building and conflict resolution to motivate members to continue using our products. That means working with creative negotiation and sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.

What is on the line? Under general supervision, a Customer Relations Associate in our Contact Center accepts, solicits, and processes new sales of all lines of business, including but not limited to voice, tv/video, internet, and mobile services.
