The Customer Order Specialist position is responsible for reviewing artwork and accurately process all incoming orders as well as contacting customers on order and art related issues. This position requires the ability to provide customers creative options for decorated items as well as having a high ability to multi-task, adjust to changing priorities and work under strict deadlines. The ability to communicate clear and concise information to multiple parties, including internal team members and customers, is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear, concise order information to all internal / external customers.
• Maintain clean reports. Managing all lead time situations.
• Record all customer communications and documents appropriately.
• Apply knowledge to production workflows.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Understanding of product line, pricing, inventory, and marketing programs.
• Identify decoration issues and contact customer for resolution.
• Ability to offer a variety of creative solutions.
• Provide price quotes for all order and decorating techniques.
• Answer customer Proof calls as needed.
• Assist proof coordinators as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, IFS, Word and document management. SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle volumes of work while maintaining very tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be extremely detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.42 - $22.00 per hour
