We're looking for a Customer and Operations Specialist to be an early member of our team.
The right person is incredibly organized, is known for getting stuff done, and finds joy in helping make others' lives easier. The role includes supporting our users and customers with their issues and questions (e.g. manning our product help desk), travel and event planning, special projects for our CEO, and probably a bunch of other random stuff.
This could be a perfect job for a teacher looking to make the jump from the classroom to an Ed Tech startup.
The compensation for this role is $50,000-$70,000.
