About the role
At Smartwyre, Customer Operations is inherent to the company DNA. This team is specifically tasked with publishing content for our customers which directly feed into their daily business strategy. From general software questions to highly complex materials, the team works to quickly and efficiently interpret and publish our customers most important information.

We are hiring for a Customer Operations Specialist to join the team. The role will be a key contributor delivering value for our customers daily.

As a Customer Operations Specialist you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide support for our software solutions. The role will be responsible for creating and managing programs and pricing strategies to meet the needs of our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing world class service to both external and internal customers with accurate, up-to-date information on products, market incentives, product pricing, and customer performance status
  • Data entry, Quality Control, and Product Maintenance
  • Manage customer expectations by communicating turnaround times and project status updates
  • Identify areas for opportunity to optimize process for better customer outcomes
  • Ability to work through various situations to achieve desired results by interfacing with co-workers, supervisors, and customers
  • Manage and improve existing reconciliation processes for our key accounts such that Smartwyre can deliver competitive intelligence and help our customers determine how to best compete in the marketplace.
  • Assist in managing product mix and program completeness for each customer.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will have experience in rebate management, program and pricing creation, or related field. As you will be working with multiple clients at one time is it important to us that you are someone who has worked in a fast paced environment where handling multiple projects/tasks is a key day to day part of your role.

You will be experience in analysing data and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and you will be working directly with our customers.

You will have a passion for the agriculture industry and desire to continuously learn and improve.
