About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing Team to help us expand our reach in the impact education sector.As a leading educational impact SaaS company dedicated to empowering students with 21st century skills, our innovative courses provide schools and educational institutions with custom-branded educational content to drive knowledge around key topics like health & wellness, STEM, financial education, mental well-being, sustainability, and digital literacy.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing annual and project-based marketing plans and tactical schedules. Ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and facilitating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing a range of marketing activities for key customers, including in-person and virtual events, teacher engagement, social media content and campaigns, website content, materials and other creative development, and promotions.
Collaborating with the internal customer team (including Client Services, K12, Product and Sales) to build and maintain a strong customer relationship, ensuring effective communication, prioritization and resourcing, and successful delivery of contract requirements.
Providing regular and effective communication and marketing updates to customers. Facilitating customer feedback and approvals for all marketing projects. Preparing agendas and present on marketing topics in ongoing customer meetings.
Leading all aspects of customer events, including programming, planning and logistics, vendor management, materials development, signage, attendee management, social media strategy and content, and drafting press materials.
Tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics (budget, customer satisfaction surveys) to demonstrate success and inform future improvements and efficiencies.
Maintaining strong knowledge and understanding in applicable industries served by the organization (e.g., financial education, K12 education, tech, healthcare, etc.) and how EVERFI's products support relevant industry education.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
What we'll want you to have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, including a minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience required
Strong project management skills and experience required
Ability to own end-to-end production of new marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to tailor messages and influence audience
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Google Analytics, and Salesforce preferred
Experience managing events (logistics, run of show development, etc.), including virtual events preferred
Strong attention to detail and copy-editing skills
Ability to travel up to 25%

The starting base pay is $67,400.00 to $90,700.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.Benefits Include:
