Customer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual contributor to join our team as a Customer Marketing Manager. This customer-centric marketing role is pivotal in coordinating and hosting events, improving customer advocacy, and setting the stage for compelling content. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and host quarterly (virtual) customer town halls, including gathering content from internal stakeholders, PowerPoint deck development, routing for approvals, and executing customer-facing webinars
- Host and/or moderate virtual events and webinars, often speaking and appearing onscreen, to engage with customers and prospects in a polished, professional manner
- Interview customers about their successes with our software and assist the content team in developing compelling success stories, webinars, and videos
- Identify speaking and advocacy opportunities related to customers and act as the liaison between the customer and Qualifacts to successfully execute
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to develop, launch, and help manage a new customer advocacy program, while nurturing our referenceable customers
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for our Annual Customer Conference
- Manage quarterly customer newsletters
- Attend virtual user groups to gain insights into our customers' wants, needs, and successes as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Advertising, or related
- Proven experience leading and executing customer-focused marketing activities and/or at least 5 years of related Customer Marketing experience
- Travel up to 30% in the continental U.S. for conferences and customer-related events
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Advanced skills in project management, with a track record of successfully coordinating cross-departmental presentations and/or projects, while keeping team members accountable for their deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers with a strong interest in hosting virtual events (webinars) and developing report with our customer base
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Zoom Webinars
- Familiarity with a variety of marketing, advertising, and social media tools and trends is recommended
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
