At True North Custom Publishing, marketing is about understanding our healthcare clients and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We're looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who's eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in working closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to ensure revenue objectives are adequately supported with effective marketing campaigns that are specific and measurable to revenue goals and KPIs.
True North Custom remains a highly remote-friendly culture and is proud to employ incredible people across the country. This Position is 100% Remote. Due to client needs we are looking for someone who resides on the east coast, or preferably in the following states: GA, FL, OH, TN, NC, SC, and MI.
The ideal candidate for this role has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while being equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet company's and clients changing needs.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing, and measuring marketing and communication strategies while collaboratively working with the CEO and sales team to plan, develop and generate leads for brand awareness, increase customer loyalty and retention, and drive market demand in support of sales and revenue growth for True North Custom.
Objectives of this role
- Establish positioning, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels
- Analyze customer insights, trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendation on tactics
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support positioning, value propositions, competitive differentiation, marketing material, product launches, and go-to-market plans for products and solutions across vertical markets and horizontal market segments
- Support social media strategy for key individuals on executive leadership and sales teams to build an industry presence and advance the Company's position
- Synthesize and analyze customer insights through market research, industry analysis, surveys, and direct market touch points
- Manage True North's website and social media presence
- Work with leadership to develop high-impact sales tools such as white papers, presentations, case studies, business cases, ROI analysis, and sales playbooks
- Define marketing performance metrics and establish criteria and metrics for evaluating ongoing marketing performance
- Based on market research and customer dialogue (capturing voice of the customer), provide ongoing feedback and requirements to product management about new products or product features to drive further market penetration and achieve revenue objectives
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience with minimum of 4 years in business to business marketing; B2B healthcare agency marketing experience (preferred)
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels
- Strong Project Management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Familiar with CMS platforms
- Ability to analyze data and information to make data-driven business decisions and/or recommendations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously with multiple audiences
