Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Customer Logistics Capability Manager to join our Operations Excellence teamReporting to the VP of Customer Logistics, this role is responsible for driving the development and enhancements of order-to-cash systems, processes, and resources to reduce cycle times through increased automation and application of digital technologies. This position will also support customer logistics strategy and execution plan to deliver target customer service levels, cost improvement, and inventory and cash collection targets. The Customer Logistics Capability Manager will liaise with EDI and business solutions group to drive customer logistics digital transformation roadmap.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in business, supply chain, or engineering. Candidates must possess with ERP and TMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics and e2Open/BlueJay, a plus). Strong skills in PowerBI and Excel are also required. Candidates must be skilled in analytical thinking and data-based decision making.

Customer Logistics Capability Manager:
- Develop appropriate and clear metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure strong performance management.
- Execute customer logistics solutions and reporting in support of all value creation activities to drive service improvement, productivity, and cost reduction goals.
- Drive robust customer and product data governance and ensure data synchronization with customer using our industry standards.
- Define and deliver service level agreements internally with manufacturing, transportation, and warehouse leads to promote a culture of accountability and drive improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with transportation and manufacturing to develop network sourcing strategy to optimize our cost-to-serve.

Requirements
- Degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent
- Strong business and broad supply chain acumen to include the end-to-end order management process
- Advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience creating visual analytics particularly with Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with ERP and TMS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay a plus)
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate cross-functionally
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in analytical thinking and data-based decision-making
- Outcome focused and a strong commitment to continuous improvement
