Job Description
Location: Onsite in Sauk Rapids, MN
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
JOB DUTIES:
Allocate new and existing accounts and tasks to Account Representative/Customer Experience staff members. Continue to add additional tasks as the workload dictates.
Monitor staff performance and give guidance when needed to remain fully functional as a department
Ongoing Training and Development of the Account Representative/Customer Experience staff
Cross-train the staff on recreational accounts, key accounts, and commercial/industrial accounts using best practices
Manage key account customers by collaborating with internal sales team or directly with individual account staff on product orders, sales programs, pricing, inventory, and delivery dates
Set-up and follow through for all account shipping documents, vendor agreements, and requirements maintaining their order through to shipment and invoicing. Follow up and track orders through fulfillment
Handle incoming correspondence from internal sales force, field sales force, customers, consumers, and company employees, via phone, fax and email. Daily entry of customer orders via Microsoft AX Dynamics computer system software
Primary contact with off-site warehouse and internal staff to resolve questions, verify ship dates, confirm freight charges
Liaison to corporate finance team for credit approvals and payment releases
Maintain contact with manufacturers’ sales rep or key account manager for updates on customer information, analysis, correspondence for sales calls, and customer follow up
Manage product shortages, backorders, and order status for all customer accounts
Manage co-op advertising for all customer accounts and process credit memos
Update yearly general pricing and customer account pricing
Process sales representative commissions and review/approve for payment
Set up new sales representative and sales agency accounts for onboarding
Performs miscellaneous other assignments with a high degree of urgency and flexibility.

Ability to collaborate and function in a team environment
Knowledge of Microsoft office programs and Microsoft AX Dynamics computer software is necessary.
Import/Export experience and knowledge is preferred
Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Integration) knowledge is helpful
