Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
• Location: Burnet, Texas

Essential Duties

• Answer all incoming phone calls - assist customers and transfer as appropriate
• Follow all procedures created for Customer Service Representatives
• Ascertain the customers needs, educate on our products and procedures
• Upsell our other services
• Send/Receive Rental Agreements
• Update customer with rental agreement information
• Gather information to enter new customers
• Work to continuously improve the CSR process/workflow
• Document & record all specified data required for accurate metric reporting 
• Utilize ProSoft for documentation and reporting
• Refer customer issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate Department
• Create daily brief for Sales Supervisor
• Create Weekly Customer Complaint/compliment Report
• Complete special projects as requested by Sales Supervisor or Manager

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Basic Computer Skills (email, internet, word processing)
• 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training in customer service preferred
• Knowledge of industry is preferred but not required
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred

Skills and Physical Requirements

• Dependable attendance and punctuality are necessary to perform the essential job duties.
