Job Description
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for handling all aspects of the customer lifecycle. This role is a combination of customer success and sales. We are looking for candidates who are kind, engaging, empathetic, and passionate about health and wellness. This position is 100% remote. We request you be available to commit to at least 20 hours per week, with a weekly maximum of 28 hours per week. We offer competitive hourly compensation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers and prospects via outbound phone calls and create consultative and memorable experiences
- Thoughtfully engage with customers and prospects via email, chat, and SMS through Gorgias
- Effectively communicate with customers and prospects via social media
- Consistently meet and often exceed all KPIs, with a strong focus on enhancing customer satisfaction ratings and maximizing customer retention.
- Assist with additional projects related to the CX role as needed
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within a remote or e-commerce environment.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding Customer Experiences through various communication channels, including outbound phone calls, email, chat, and social media.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools, preferably Gorgias.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers thoughtfully and clearly convey information.
