Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all staff members across our retail/bar locations are thoroughly trained and educated about our cannabis products and their suitable uses
  • Equip the staff with answers to FAQs and empower them to respond accurately to customer inquiries
  • Instill effective sales techniques within the team to ensure our products are presented and sold effectively
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance that align with our brand image
  • Foster and uphold our company culture across all locations, ensuring values and standards are embedded in everyday operations
  • Motivate, lead, and communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and the rest of the team
  • Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed meticulously at all retail/bar locations
  • Develop engaging and fun training exercises to educate the team and foster team spirit
  • Handle any and all customer-related issues, acting as the last line of defense before escalation to the Operations Manager
  • Lead and manage our customer service team, ensuring exceptional Customer Experiences at every touchpoint

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of bartending experience
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of inventory management, customer service, and retail operations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel to various retail locations as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail management software
