JOB SUMMARY
Customer Experience Associates operates a telephone switchboard to answer, screen, route calls and relays messages. They may also perform administrative support tasks such as data entry. They greet and answer inquiries for public, customers, and visitors; announce and log visitors. They may process outgoing mail and receive deliveries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Routes calls and supports requests to the proper department.
- May assist with routine and/or repetitive requests from customers.
- Greets and directs visitors.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs.
- May assist with receiving mail deliveries and ensuring appropriate distribution.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least one (1) year.
