Customer Service Associate

Ship N Print is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic front counter worker to join our team! Ship N Print is a fast-paced, professional printing and sign company with lots of interaction with individuals and business leaders across the community. We also offer full shipping services through UPS and FedEx accounts and are a local leader in shipping/packing.

A self storage facility is on property and will become part of your daily job duties.

Work hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm; alternating Saturday schedule 10:00AM-1:00pm.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases when it comes to printing, signs, shipping, and packaging
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner with management
- Work with other team members to assist in printing jobs, packing items, and daily tasks
- Renting Storage Units
- Cleaning Storage Units
- Taking detailed Print/Sign Orders on job sheets
- Operation of standard office copiers/fax machine, as well as training for wide-format printers may be necessary.
- Assisting with Print/Sign Jobs as needed.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or sales roles preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively sell products and services to customers with a compassionate and generous attitude
- Experience in printing technology is a bonus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding Customer Service
- Time management skills to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and transactions - All training will be provided, so no shipping or printing experience is necessary, but familiarity is preferred

- Must be dependable and punctual for opening/closing of the store each day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
