Role of an Enrollment Representative:
- Receive hands-on training from experienced Customer Enrollment Specialists to master the role and understand program benefits.
- Engage directly with the public, demonstrating respect and friendliness.
- Thoroughly guide each customer through the enrollment process, educating them about program benefits and pricing.
- Adhere to all CDC and client safety guidelines during customer interactions.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality, building customer trust and comfort in our program.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications for the Role:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- A degree in Business, Communications, or related fields is advantageous.
- 0-3+ years in customer service, community engagement, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to learn and be trained in the role of Customer Enrollment Specialist.
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
