Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a genuine desire to help others. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression of our brand.
Responsibilities:
-Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
-Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and feedback.
-Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and policies.
-Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
-Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and seamless delivery of service.
-Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
