This ensures the representative has an accurate and up-to-date list of potential clients or leads within their designated area. Conduct in-depth research on potential client companies. This includes gathering information on their industry, market position, financial health, recent news or developments, and other relevant details.

This research helps the sales team tailor their approach and pitches to each prospect's needs and challenges.Approve List for the Month: Carefully review and double-check the accuracy of the prospected list. This involves verifying all necessary information, such as client details, deal terms, and special conditions. Accuracy is crucial to prevent errors in communication and execution.Ensure Life Cycle Stage is Correct: Ensuring the correct life cycle stage by confirming that each deal is accurately categorized in terms of its progress.

This is essential for tracking the overall sales pipeline and making informed decisions about resource allocation and strategy.Deal Cards Review: This involves an ongoing, vigilant review of deal cards after creation. This process helps catch discrepancies, ensures the deal aligns with the company's goals and facilitates a smooth transition between stages.Determine Target Companies: This responsibility involves strategically selecting companies that align with the organization's goals and ideal customer profile. It requires a combination of market research, industry analysis, and a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
