The Customer Care Agent is an integral member of the Contact Center’s Operations team, functioning as one of the primary points of contact for customers. The agent will be responsible for providing helpful and friendly support and assistance to customers to fulfill their short-term financial needs.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Maintain a high level of customer-driven service disposition to provide exceptional customer experiences.
· Provide verbal communications in a timely and accurate manner via inbound and outbound calls.
· Provide written communications in a timely and accurate manner via chat, email, and text messaging.
· Ability to think quickly to provide support in a fast-paced, ever-changing, contact center environment.
· Exhibit proficient computer skills with hands-on ability to multi-task using different operating systems, applications, and software.
· Maintain strict confidentiality of client information, and records, without exception.
· Have a positive demeanor and maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers.
· Maintain a team approach attitude to help ensure the contact center operations runs smoothly as one united team.
· Ability to follow directives explicitly and quickly apply them.
· Exhibit comfortability with changes and the ability to quickly adapt.
