Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including MS Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
