GENERAL Summary:
Under the supervision of the Office Manager performs a variety of customer associated activities related to the sales, rental, installation and repair of a variety of products offered by the company. Maintains systems and files necessary to the efficient operation of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Managing phones and taking customer calls.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers upon receipt of web form leads.
- Working with customers to determine needs and scheduling in-home consultations.
- Process invoices and customer payments.
- Run reports essential to business operations.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Maintain customer files in an organized and confidential manner.
- Utilize the proprietary operating system to document all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- 10 years increasingly responsible customer service experience .(not to include food service or retail experience)
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
- Manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Good listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable and conscientious.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Superior time management skills.
- Attention to detail; ability to remain focused.
- Project management experience is a big plus.
- Accounting experience desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
