JARVIS IS HIRING!! This CUSTOMER CARE POSITION combines customer centric values and the ability to manage the sales cycle from beginning to end. You will work closely with Application Engineering, Marketing, and Sales Reps to support existing customers and create new customer opportunities through the sales pipeline.
The Basics:
  • Support the customer relationship.
  • Manage assigned territory.
  • Creating and Managing your Customer’s Production.
  • Managing customer blanket orders
  • Understand and manage customer demand forecast.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Work to support new business development.
  • Office 365 skills are a must, bonus points for experience with ERP System, CRM, and other web-based programs.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs as requested.
The Deet’s:
  • Sales Generation & Management: Contribute to the entire sales pipeline from lead generation/initial customer contact, estimating, quoting, and securing the order. Assist in increasing new customer base. Provide prompt responses to requests regarding customer service, product management, technology, and pricing to keep leads, prospects, or targets progressing.
  • Other Duties: Identify areas where we can improve customer attraction, interest, and satisfaction then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management. Keep management informed of competition and market conditions. Provide input into campaigns, marketing, and product and sales processes to achieve sales goals. Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings as requested.
  • This is a full-time 40hrs/wk. Monday - Friday position; with flexible shift hours between 7:00am - 6:00pm
The ProfileFit:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Sales or customer experience – (waitress, bank teller, nurse, teacher, care coordinators as examples)
  • Professional presence demeaner, including excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be efficient and accurate.
  • Ability to learn technical components.
  • Well-organized approach to work assignments
The Cheddar:
  • $20hr base wage; negotiable based on experience.
