POSITION: Customer Care Representative (CMP-ME-Augusta General Office)(46290)

LOCATION: CMP-ME-Augusta General Office
Starting Rate: $22.86 / Hourly
Responsibilities
Assists and processes all customer requests received by telephone or mail.
Initiates service and trouble orders as required.
Performs adjustments to customer accounts as directed and required.
Reviews various reports and initiates actions necessary to provide accurate and timely billing.
Work hours will be flexible to accommodate same day EMR report processing.
Use of two-way radio.
CAD Mobile Dispatching
Knowledge of MPUC Rules & Regulations
Service Order Processing
Flexible work hours to accommodate Credit & Collection reviews during Summer Rule.
Familiar with SAP
Thorough knowledge of Mainframe.
Performs other appropriate duties as directed.
Skills and Requirements
Must have a high school education or its equivalent and preferably additional businesstraining.
Must be pre-qualified to apply for this position. Applicants may take pre-qualfication test at the time of posting.
Must have a thorough knowledge of the Company's Electric Service Rate Schedules,Accounting Instructions, CSS Procedures Manual, WMS Procedures Manual and any otherrelated rules and regulatory pertaining to the assignment.
Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the classification.
