* Hourly pay rate from $18 an hour; Monday - Friday, from 8 am - 5 pm
* Hands-on training with growth opportunities available after the first six months
Responsibilities:
* Answering inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and professional manner
* Handling customer complaints by following appropriate procedures
* Following communication ???scripts??? when handling different customer topics
* Identifying customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
* Able to effectively communicate in English
* Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
* Solid understanding of professional phone etiquette with active listening
* Reliable transportation to and from location
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer support role with CRM experience
* Excellent active listening and problem solving skills
