What You Would Do
⦁ Lead and develop a team of Customer Care specialists
⦁ Monitor staff engagement, ensuring that employees are engaged and fulfilled
⦁ Oversee pending leads, sales and service appointment scheduling, and production installation scheduling of new and existing customers
⦁ Ensure our customers have a remarkable experience with our company
What We Need for this Role
⦁ 2+ years of call center or customer service management experience
⦁ Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills
⦁ Proficient computer skills
