We are seeking a Customer Care Analyst to join our Servicing and Asset Management team. The Customer Care Analyst will be responsible for regular communication with internal and external clients and assisting with closed loans. The successful candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally. This role is based out of our Warrenton, Virginia office.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate regularly and promptly with internal and external clients through phone and email regarding recently closed loans.
  • Respond to customer requests for information by providing detailed research and feedback.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls on the Customer Care phone line.
  • Assist customers with navigation of the Customer Care Center website.
  • Use Dynamics 365 to identify and track customer interactions and insights.
  • Track and maintain document shredding and records management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Experience in Loan Servicing or Customer Service.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy with numbers, and attention to detail.
  • Consistently produces work that is high quality.
