Customer Assistance Representative - Remote/Office

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistance Representative. As a Customer Assistance Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. From answering inquiries and resolving issues to processing orders and providing product information, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by actively listening, investigating, and finding appropriate resolutions.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are entered correctly.
• Provide product information and guidance to customers, promoting additional products and services where applicable.

Requirements:
