Full Time Customer Service Advocate
The ideal candidate for this multi-tasking customer service position needs to demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and computer proficiency. All-encompassing training will be provided.
**Part-time positions available as well**
Job Description:
- Basic understanding of third party insurance billing
- Interaction with customers to advise on orders placed on their behalf and to confirm all patient demographic information.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for customers
- Obtains verbal/written authorization for medical treatment from appropriate sources
- Acquires clinical information needed for order processing or reimbursement and assures customer qualifies under Insurance guidelines
- Communicates any financial responsibilities and/or additional information necessary to process the order received
- Provides information on equipment, supplies and services
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience (1-2 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Insurance verification knowledge preferred but NOT required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Bilingual capabilities admired but not required

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
