Job Summary:
Ensures effective communication between customers and the Company. Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Adheres to all plant and OSHA safety policies and regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serves as key point of contact for assigned customers to assist with order fulfillment, order tracking, billing discrepancies and product quality.
- Responsible for preparation of weekly and monthly forecasts and updates.
- Responsible for entering and tracking customer tooling POs.
- Processes new orders utilizing email, fax, mail, website or EDI including checking drawing revisions, price, due date and availability.
- Checks for new orders daily in customer’s portal system, verifying accuracy of data.
- Responds to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Interacts with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering Departments to address issues, communicate potential sales and requests for quotes (RFQs).
- Maintains appropriate customer documentation as required. Includes quotes, customer contact information, and customer shipping addresses.
- Processes, acknowledges, files and maintains customer open and closed purchase orders.
- Conducts receptionist and administrative duties - answer incoming calls, ordering supplies, meeting preparations, greeting customers and vendors.
- Processes and researches customer’s returns, issue credits, and updates database with disposition and non-conformance details.
- Runs Invoice Reports and Mail or Email Invoices to customer’s based on their specification.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Completion of "Fundamentals of Injection Molding" Paulson Training
- Must be task oriented, with the ability to adjust multiple priorities in a short period of time.
- Ability to handle input from numerous sources including management, engineering, and production.
- Basic understanding of Accounting Principles.
- Ability to communicate with other team members, visitors and customers in an effective, pleasant, courteous and tactful manner.
- English language proficiency to include verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
- Computer experience with Windows, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook and site ERP system.
