KI has an opening for a Customer Account Coordinator in our OEI Division at its Corporate office in Green Bay.
This position will provide exceptional sales, product and/or order support to the OEI sales team and their customers along with other business partners. You will also be responsible for all inbound pre-sales and post-sales activities generated by your group. Pre-sales activities include provides quotes and pricing while post-sales activities include coordinating transportation and delivery dates as well as resolving quality issues.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Business or a related field along with a minimum of 2 years of customer service, sales or project coordination experience. Candidates should also have strong communication and organizational skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
