This position is an opportunity for a Custom Cabinet Maker/ Wood Worker to make Custom Cabinetry and custom wood assemblies for trade show exhibits. The main responsibility is to ensure the parts are produced safely and accurately in accordance with the supplied shop drawings. This individual follows operational processes, schedules, is team-oriented, and has initiative. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, problem solving, and sensitivity to deadlines is a must.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reviewing drawings and choosing appropriate materials
- Cutting and joining wood to make parts according to the blueprints.
- Assembling cabinets and other wood structures from shaped components.
- Making cabinetry and other wood pieces according to specifications, including hinges, locks, and handles.
- Repairing or refurbishing existing wood pieces.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist with packaging of the finished product as required.
- Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
- Keep work area clean and tidy, remove waste and off-cuts from production area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organization skills and attention to detail.
- Some heavy lifting, 50 - 75 lbs
- Physical demands include standing, bending and lifting

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
