Custodian/Janitor - Part Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Ability to understand both oral and written instructions.

Job Duties:

• Disinfect and sanitize common areas and high-touch points.
• Perform detailed dusting, scrubbing, and polishing tasks.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
• Manage supply and inventory restocking.
• Efficiently handle trash and recycling disposal.
• Maintain floors through vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and elevators.
• Maintain windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.

Physical Demands:

• Regular walking and standing.
• Climbing, bending, and reaching.
• Use of hip/backpack vacuum.
• Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, occasionally over the shoulder.
• Frequent bending and arm movements.
