Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Custodian/Janitor to support our 2nd Shiftbusiness in the Chantilly, VA. area. The candidate will work under a lead custodian, but must be able to complete tasks without supervision.
Position Responsibilities:
• Manage all assigned activities as they pertain to the cleanliness of a customer facility
• Daily cleaning of café, restrooms, fitness center, fitness machines and water fountains
• Daily empties trash and moves it to the on-site dumpster. Daily vacuums floors and carpets
• Daily damp mops/cleans VCT and other hard surface flooring
• Spot cleans carpets and floors. Periodic waxing/deep cleaning floors as necessary
• Cleans up spills as needed
• Cleans/dusts blinds, windows, baseboards and interior glass windows
• Phased cleaning approach to customer zones as required
• Responsible for routinely checking the exterior grounds and ensuring all trash and debris is collected and disposed
• Assist other facility personnel with setting up and taking down of tables and chairs to support customer events
• May also be required at times to assist facility personnel with minor construction and O&M tasks
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph Pre-Start is required.
Security Clearance/Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years Custodian/Janitorial experience
• Capable of lifting 35lbs on a frequent basis
• Capable of working 2nd Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Current active TS/SCI with CI poly

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
Relocation:
