Duties/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles.
- Performs general janitorial duties in an office, such as cleaning, dusting, washing windows, and moving and polishing furniture and equipment.
- Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors. Vacuums and spot clean carpets.
- Empties trash receptables.
- Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture.
- Performs minor maintenance repairs. Arranges for repair of office equipment and utilities.
- Transports students as authorized.
- Ensures that all tools and equipment are in good repair.
- Attends required staff training sessions as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum: High school diploma or GED. Six months experience.
Preferred: One year or more work-related experience.
Knowledge: Must possess a valid State driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
