Hiring Salary Range: $37,951.00 - $46,173.00 Full Salary Range: $37,951.00 - $51,613.00

Work Schedule:
40 hours: Wednesday - Tuesday. Work Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedule may vary from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or
2:00 pm - 11:00 pm depending on business needs.
The Coliseum Complex is hiring for a full-time Custodial II position. The Custodian position will be required to perform a variety of tasks related to custodial and cleaning services during facility use:
• Routine trash removal.
• Ability to work odd or unusual hours, split shifts, or holidays in preparing for or working an event.
• Ability to perform routine custodial and minor maintenance work in the cleaning and care of the facility.
• May also be responsible for acting as a custodian at the Tanger Center as needed.
This job is Non-Exempt and is subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license
• 1-3+ years of experience in commercial housekeeping in a full or part-time capacity

An Ideal Candidate Would Also Possess (Preferred Qualification:

• Bi-lingual, and/or fluent in Spanish
• 1+ years experience working in a public assembly facility or a comparable facility such as a hotel, airport, movie theater, etc.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial housekeeping in a full or part-time capacity.
