SalaryWe are seeking a highly motivated curriculum developer for our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program. As a Curriculum Lead or Content Developer, you will build the learning experience for hundreds of students enrolled in our LPN program, and will have the opportunity to make a real impact in their lives. This is a project-based, contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, engaging online learning content as per the Stepful Practical Nurse (LPN) curriculum
- Follow the Stepful standards for content development format and flow
- Prepare questions for assessments throughout the course
- Receive guidance and direction from the internal team at Stepful
- Adhere to the project timeline and regularly communicate via Zoom, Slack and email regarding content status and progress
Qualifications:
- Experience working as a RN or an LPN
- Experience developing online educational content as a professor, TA, or MOOC author
- Pursuing or completed an advanced healthcare degree, such as biology or nursing
- Stellar writing and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Google Documents
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Receptive to constructive feedback on style and substance
- Ability to work remotely (you have a stable internet connection and computer)
- Ability to work 20 – 30 hours per week
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
