Cultivation Technician

Job Description

The Cultivation Technician performs manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of cannabis cultivation, including, but not limited to, irrigation, pest management, pruning, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, curing, and sanitation under the supervision of the Cultivation Supervisor.

Essential Functions

· Sowing, thinning, weeding, transplanting, moving plants, watering, applications, potting, shipping, and loading.

· General duties around the nursery as they relate to the upkeep of the Indoors.

· Knowledge of growing techniques, including; Germination, Cloning, and Transplantation.

· Plant pests and other perils, with a keen eye for spotting issues before they become a problem.

· Harvesting

· Follow Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs)

· Manage cannabis plants, giving each plant the attention it needs.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Ability to execute techniques consistently

· Responsible for meeting all department KPI’s.

· Execute all activities in the veg, flower, and dry rooms.

· Track and record all veg or flower room data.

· Execute all company SOPs

· Keep veg, flower rooms, and dry rooms immaculate and fully operational.

· Take part in overall facility cleanliness

· Execute veg, flower, and dry room schedules.

· Execute all activities in the M/V rooms.

· Participate in tracking clones and Moms.

· Mother plant and Veg plant maintenance.

· Implement M/V SOPs

· Water room operations for all rooms.

· Irrigation when instructed for all rooms.

· Inform supervisor if the growing environment is out of specification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
