Job Description
Graphic Print Stop in Patterson is looking for new team member(s) to help our customers fulfill their graphic communication needs.
Work hours are Monday - Friday 8:45 am-4:15pm. This is a great position for someone wanting to learn a new trade. We also welcome industry experience. Pay will depend on experience.
Our industry is exciting and rewarding for the hard working, mechanically inclined and creative person. This is NOT a computer designing position. However, you will gain computer design/layout experience over time. You will be expected to stand most of the day using a variety of machines and computers. You will gain experience in: Embroidery, Heat Applied Graphics, Vinyl Lettering/Installation, Laser Engraving and Screen Printing.
You must like a challenge, work well under pressure and enjoy problem solving.
Other Skills & Behavior Desired:
- Experienced/Interested in: silk screening/screen printing processes, digital and offset printing, laser engraving, apparel embellishments, embroidery & sign making.
- Team Player
- Computer Savvy and able to type at least 30 WPM
- Detail Oriented
- Quick Learner
- Strong Work Ethic
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
- Bi-Lingual is preferred (Spanish/English)
- Clean Driving Record
Additional Requirements:
As a Graphic Print Stop team member, you will be expected to have the below abilities:

9. Process and Pack items for shipping for FedEx and UPS according to our standards.
10. Know and follow proper lifting procedures. Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time. Request help with difficult or when team lifting is required.
11. To stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods.
12. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members.
13. Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
14. Work with minimal supervision.
15. Communicate with team leaders.
16. Always protect the customer by meeting deadlines with quality products, priced according to our standards and procedures.
17. Greet customers professionally in person, on the phone and with electronic communications according to our procedures.
18. Not use personal communication devises during work hours.
19. Handle customers sensitive information according to our security procedures.
20. Handle cash and electronic transactions correctly.
21. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
22. Clean shop as requested by management and maintain a clean work environment.
23. Preform all shop, production and customer service duties and procedures as request by management.
24. Always strive to improve.
25. Learn and work with: Graphics, Signs, Apparel Embellishing, Bindery, Digital Printing, Shipping & related equipment hardware and software as needed.
Job Type: Part Time just under Full-time. 37.5 hours per week available.
Pay: $ (At Least Minimum Wage) per hour unless industry experience justifies otherwise.
