Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time Monday to Friday 8 to 4:30 position based in Sacramento.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build estimates for Commercial Account approvals; Invoice Commercial Accounts
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and promote sales opportunities
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Service Titan program a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications including processing payments
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required
