In this role you will:
- Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimating the Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection estimate with the project team
- Lead the development of Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection estimate
- Prepare and make contingency recommendations on the Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project Basis of Estimate and Risk Analysis
- Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines
- Build trust and credibility with partners across the business, from 3rd parties to client specialists to contractors and consultants
- Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have grown your experience as an Estimator over 10 years with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environment
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
- Are RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help!
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Are detail orientated and quality focused
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun

- Excellent IT skills

- BSc essential in a construction related discipline
